How to Submit Your DMCA Notice

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate the claim and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material as required by law.
Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that the material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. To be effective, a counter-notice must include the following:
- Identification of the Removed Material: A description of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location (URL) where the material appeared before it was removed.
- Your Contact Information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district, or if you are outside of the United States, to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction where our company is based.
- Acceptance of Service of Process: A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of that person.
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers, as required by the DMCA and other applicable laws.
False Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice regarding infringement may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees. We take false claims seriously and may pursue legal action against those who submit fraudulent DMCA notices.
